Manage the incoming volume in the EMEA Sharepoint Support team
Highly motivated and experienced Support Engineer. The successful candidate will provide our Premier customers and Partners with reliable technical solutions and consistently outstanding service experience on 2nd and 3rd support level. Typical tasks are high profile analytical and technical troubleshooting and as member of the EMEA Sharepoint Team working close with his/her peers locally and on EMEA and global level.

1) Essential Experience a. 2 to 4 years of confirmed experience as a Support Specialist in an international IT environment and/or Technical support for Professional and/or Premier customers b. Deep knowledge of product(s) / technologies being supported with proven track record c. Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills d. Ability to take leadership in one specific product. e. Communication skills in international environment 2) Technical / Functional Skills f. Window SharePoint Services version 2 and version 3, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and MOSS2007 g. (OPTIONAL) Experience in one or more of the Microsoft BI products (Business Intelligence Products) - BSM, ProClarity, Performance Point Server, Biz# h. Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Domain - MCSE2000/2003) i. Database know how (MS SQL2000 / SQL2005; MSDE, WMSDE) j. Web Server (IIS6); k. Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB ,Java l. Programming skills e.g. C#; ASP.NET or other programming background would an beneficial extra qualification m. Client Software (MS Office 2003; MS Office 2007)
