In context with the development of engine
control hardware in the fields of safety
critical avionics applications, the main tasks
can be summarized as design of PLDs
(FPGA/CPLD) following the customers design standards.
Responsibilities in detail:
· Design und coding of programmable logic devices (PLDs) in VHDL
· Simulation as well as verification of PLD designs
· Commissioning of the PLD in target hardware
· Capture of design- as well as test-specifications
· Application of digital circuitry |

| Kenntnisse/Skills: |
|
· Graduate engineer (electrical / electronics engineering)
· Experience is mandatory in the fields of:
· Avionic application, safety critical application
· Digital circuit technology
· VHDL
· Design of FPGA/CPLD (Xilinx, Actel, Altera)
· HDL-Designer, Precision, ModelSim, Xilinx ISE
· English capabilities, both spoken and written
· Experience is desirable in the fields of:
· DO254-Certification
· Requirements management (e.g. DOORS)
· Formal Verification of PLD-Designs
· In-circuit verification of PLDs.
