We are looking for an experienced Medical Physicist to work with a team dedicated to test a state-of-the-art Proton Therapy System. Your responsibility includes but is not limited to: measuring, characterizing, and documenting all radiation beam parameters. You will also be engaged in the design optimization, technical evaluation and precise accurate delivery of treatment plans. |

| Kenntnisse/Skills: |
|
- A Ph.D. degree in medical physics; alternatively, a Ph.D. degree in physics, health physics or engineering, with an additional year of specialty training in a postgraduate program for medical physics. Or Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy University program.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- An in-depth understanding of physics and its application in radiation therapy, including knowledge of machine operation, instrumentation for measurement and the biological effects of radiation.
- The analytical skills to solve complex technical problems which arise in the calibration and clinical use of treatment machines.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Attention to detail, good judgment, precision, accuracy and professionalism
- Excellent inter-personal and teamwork skills
- Be a self-starter who is accountable and requires minimal direction and supervision
- Experience in Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) planning and delivery |

- Knowledge of use and care of therapeutic radiation equipment
- Participates in Quality Control/ Assurance as indicated to improve patient care

- Knows the safe limits of equipment operation with special attention to Radiation Safety Rules and Regulations.
